Contrary to popular belief, Paradise Piña Coladas are not exclusively reserved for warm weather. Even when it’s cold as Santa’s earlobes outside… once you’re cozy inside your home, you may find yourself fantasizing that you’re on a tropical island, basking in the sun, and enjoying a smooth, summery beverage with the obligatory drink-umbrella for good measure (not pictured).

- 2 parts Malibu Red Caribbean Rum
- 1 part coconut cream
- 1 heaping scoop of Häagen Dazs Pineapple/Coconut Ice Cream (or same amount of vanilla ice cream + 1 tbsp crushed pineapple)
- crushed ice
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
- Toss ingredients into blender, and blend into creamy smoothie-ness! Start with a little ice, then add more in intervals, until you reach desired consistency.
